Stash Invest Bank Account & Smart Portfolios

Stash Smart Portfolios – The Stash Investment Team oversees the selection and allocation of your Smart Mix of stocks and ETFs using a personalized investment strategy and investment portfolio.

Smart Portfolios are a discretionary managed account whereby Stash has full authority to manage according to a specific investment mandate. “Balance” is defined by buying underweight and overweight assets or selling them in correct proportions in an effort to bring you closer to the target allocation appropriate for your risk profile.

Diversification and asset allocation do not guarantee a profit, nor do they eliminate the risk of loss of principal. Stash doesn’t guarantee any level of performance or that any client will avoid losses in the client’s account. The Investment Team at Stash built a smart portfolio with the goal of optimizing risk adjusted returns.

This is achieved through the process of utilizing the diversification benefits highlighted by modern portfolio theory and opening an investment account and a Stash visa debit card. The portfolios consist of well-diversified ETFs providing clients with broad exposure to the stocks of companies of all sizes across all industries and geographies and bonds of various issuers.

The portfolios aim to optimize returns given a user’s overall risk profile.

Crypto is relatively new and can be volatile. Investments are through Delaware Statutory Trusts and offer indirect exposure to certain Crypto investments deposited in your stash account.
