What is Wealthbase?
Wealthbase has been designed, developed, and is operated by Starburst Labs, Inc. Wealthbase is a simulated trading app in which users can play games with friends. Utilizing $100,00 in virtual cash, players create their own portfolio and track their progress on a leaderboard.
To better simulate real-world investing in the great app, users can only invest up to 20% of their virtual cash portfolio in a single investment.
The first feature in Wealthbase, simulated investing, lets people compete with friends in virtual stock market trading games while learning investing strategies and discovering new investments.
Wealthbase works with a number of different data providers and uses U.S. equity prices using Nasdaq to power the platform in real-time.
